For its first concert of 2027, Cascade Symphony performs César Franck’s stirringly romantic Symphony in D minor. Cellist Jesse Krentz joins the orchestra to perform Edward Elgar’s soulful cello concerto. The winner of numerous national and international competitions, Jesse has appeared on National Public Radio’s From the Top, on KING FM’s Northwest Focus, and as a soloist with the Seattle Youth Symphony at Benaroya Hall. The program opens with Rossini’s famous Overture to the Barber of Seville.
